for CraftCon SA

By accessing or using the CraftCon SA website, purchasing tickets, registering for classes, or attending the event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General

CraftCon SA reserves the right to amend event details, schedules, pricing, exhibitors, classes, and website content at any time without prior notice.

2. Tickets & Entry

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.

• Entry is only valid with proof of purchase.

• Lost tickets remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

• CraftCon SA reserves the right to refuse admission.

3. Event Changes

CraftCon SA reserves the right to:

• change venues,

• adjust event dates,

• modify schedules,

• substitute presenters or exhibitors,

• or cancel portions of the event where necessary.

The organisers shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control, including:

• weather conditions,

• power outages,

• strikes,

• pandemics,

• supplier failures,

• government restrictions,

• or force majeure events.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for attendee cancellation or non-attendance.

• Refunds will only be considered if the entire event is cancelled by CraftCon SA.

• Booking fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

• Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Attendees participate at their own risk.

CraftCon SA, its organisers, staff, venue owners, exhibitors, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• injury,

• theft,

• loss,

• damages,

• accidents,

• or loss of personal belongings.

6. Photography & Media

By attending CraftCon SA, attendees consent to photography and video recording during the event.

CraftCon SA may use photographs and video footage for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

7. Children & Safety

Children attending the event must remain under adult supervision at all times.

CraftCon SA accepts no responsibility for unattended minors.

8. Vendor & Exhibitor Conduct

CraftCon SA reserves the right to refuse or remove vendors or exhibitors whose products, behaviour, or conduct do not align with the event vision or standards.

Vendor applications do not guarantee acceptance.

Stall allocations and placements may be adjusted at the organisers’ discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, artwork, website content, graphics, and trademarks remain the property of CraftCon SA and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
